Group Fitness
Our Group Fitness program brings together the motivation of a crowd and the guidance of a certified instructor. Whether you're stepping into your first fitness class or you've been training for years, you'll find a class that challenges you. We offer 30+ classes per week across multiple formats: HIIT, indoor cycling, kickboxing, boot camp, and more. All fitness levels welcome.
Strength & Conditioning
The Summit strength floor is built for serious training. Squat racks, Olympic platforms, a full functional training rig, and a turf lane give you everything you need to follow a program or build your own. Coached programming is available for members who want structure without the cost of full personal training. Drop-in strength clinics run every Thursday evening.

Aquatics
Summit's aquatic center features six competition-length lap lanes, a warm-water therapy pool, and a dedicated learn-to-swim area. Classes run throughout the week - from early morning Masters swim to midday water aerobics to family open swim on weekends. Private and semi-private swim lessons are available for all ages.

Youth Programs
Summit's youth programming is designed to build habits, not just skills. Our certified youth coaches run after-school fitness labs, seasonal sport camps, and structured swim lessons for every age and ability. The youth fitness area is supervised and purpose-designed for younger athletes - no adult equipment, no intimidation.
Personal Training
Every Summit personal trainer is nationally certified and matched to you based on your goals, schedule, and training history. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a competition, or just ready to stop guessing, we'll build a program around you. Sessions available in 30-, 45-, and 60-minute formats. Packages starting at 5 sessions.
